Within the framework of the Incentive Regulation, in order for a congress to be organized in Turkey or abroad to be supported, the majority of the participants must be foreign nationals and these people must come from at least five different countries. In order to meet these conditions, the congress organizing committee plans to invite expert speakers from various countries.
